1. About HiHiF and These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HiHiF, available at hihif.com, including the HiHiF AI Video Studio, website, applications, tools, artificial intelligence features, video generation services, media generation features, creator tools and related services (collectively, the "Services").
"HiHiF", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the operator of the HiHiF platform. HiHiF operates from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Questions about these Terms or the Services may be sent to support@hihif.com.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into an agreement and use the Services.
If you are under the age at which you may independently enter into such agreements in your jurisdiction, you may use HiHiF only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for protecting your password and account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may refuse registration, restrict registration from disposable, temporary, abusive or high-risk email providers, require additional verification, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of the Services.
3. HiHiF Services
HiHiF provides tools that may use artificial intelligence and third-party services to assist users with creation of content, including video, images, scripts, text, narration, audio, subtitles, creative concepts and related media.
Features, available AI providers, models, generation limits, resolutions, storage allowances and other technical capabilities may change over time.
We may add, remove or replace AI providers or other infrastructure when reasonably required to operate or improve the Services.
4. Credits, Paid Services and Payments
Certain HiHiF features may require credits or payment.
The price, included credits, validity period and applicable usage limits are displayed before purchase.
Credits represent a limited right to use eligible HiHiF Services. Credits are not currency, electronic money, a bank balance or a financial instrument.
Credits may not be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
When video generation begins, HiHiF may temporarily reserve estimated credits. The final amount charged may depend on the actual rendered duration, selected service, AI provider, generation type or other usage factors shown by the Services.
Failed, cancelled or technically unsuccessful generations may be handled according to the credit and refund rules presented within the platform.
Payments are processed through the payment method or third-party payment processor displayed and made available during checkout. The selected payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy and processing requirements.
5. Prices and Changes
HiHiF may change prices, credit packages, usage rates or available plans.
A change does not retroactively change a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with the user.
Current pricing displayed by HiHiF at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
6. Refunds
Except where applicable law gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right, purchases of digital services and credits may be non-refundable after the credits or digital service have been used.
Where a refund is granted, HiHiF may deduct or cancel credits, benefits or usage associated with the refunded transaction.
7. User Content
"User Content" means prompts, scripts, text, images, video, audio, logos, files, instructions and other material submitted by you to HiHiF.
You retain your rights in User Content that you lawfully own.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, licences and consents required to upload and use your User Content.
You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual or other rights of another person.
8. AI-Generated Output
"Output" means content generated or created through HiHiF in response to your instructions or use of the Services, including text, scripts, images, audio, narration, video and other generated materials.
Subject to these Terms, applicable law and the rights of third parties, you may use and commercialize Outputs generated for you through HiHiF.
HiHiF does not guarantee that AI-generated Output is unique. Different users may receive identical or similar results.
AI systems may generate incorrect, incomplete, misleading, unexpected or biased content.
You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing, distributing, selling or relying on it.
HiHiF Output must not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety or other regulated professional advice.
9. Third-Party AI Providers and Content
HiHiF may use or integrate third-party providers for artificial intelligence, images, video, voice, stock media, hosting, payments, publishing or other functionality.
Such providers may include services made available through their own terms, licences and policies.
Your ability to use certain generated or licensed materials may therefore also depend on applicable third-party licence terms.
HiHiF does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party provider, model or service.
10. Your Responsibility for Published Content
You are responsible for content that you create, download, publish, upload to third-party services, monetize, distribute or otherwise use.
Where applicable law, a platform policy or industry rule requires disclosure that content is AI-generated or AI-assisted, you are responsible for providing that disclosure.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of platforms on which you publish content, including YouTube, social networks and other distribution services.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use HiHiF to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights;
- create or distribute unlawful threats or harassment;
- create illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors;
- exploit, endanger or sexualize children;
- deceptively impersonate another person;
- create harmful deceptive deepfakes;
- conduct fraud, phishing, spam or scams;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- circumvent usage limits, payment mechanisms or security controls;
- abuse automated systems or intentionally overload the Services;
- resell account access without written permission from HiHiF;
- use HiHiF in a way that materially harms the Services or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for prohibited activities.
12. Intellectual Property of HiHiF
The HiHiF platform, software, source code, interface, branding, logos, website design, documentation and other proprietary components of the Services are owned by or licensed to HiHiF.
Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights in the HiHiF platform are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute or create a competing service from protected HiHiF components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
13. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe content available through HiHiF violates your copyright or another legal right, please contact us and provide sufficient information to identify:
- the protected work or right;
- the allegedly infringing material;
- where the material appears;
- your contact information; and
- the basis of your complaint.
14. Availability of the Services
HiHiF is provided on an "as available" basis.
We aim to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party AI providers, specific generation times or error-free operation.
Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, capacity limits, software bugs or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
15. Disclaimer Regarding AI Output
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HiHiF does not guarantee that any AI-generated Output will be accurate, complete, unique, legally usable for every purpose, free from third-party claims or suitable for a particular commercial objective.
You are responsible for evaluating generated content before use.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HiHiF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of business, profits, revenue, data, opportunity or reputation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using HiHiF at any time.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- a violation of these Terms;
- fraud or suspected abuse;
- security risks;
- non-payment;
- illegal activity;
- requests from competent authorities; or
- conduct that materially threatens HiHiF, another user or a third party.
18. Changes to the Services
We may modify features, AI providers, pricing, generation workflows, usage limits and technical functionality as the platform evolves.
Where required by applicable law, material contractual changes will be communicated to users before they take effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be published on hihif.com together with its effective or last-updated date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will provide it.
20. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the HiHiF Privacy Policy.
By using HiHiF you acknowledge that operation of the Services requires processing of account, security, usage and technical data as described in that policy.
21. Cookies
HiHiF uses cookies and similar browser technologies required for security, authentication, sessions and operation of the Services. Additional cookies may be used as explained in the Cookie Policy and subject to applicable consent requirements.
22. Third-Party Websites
HiHiF may contain links or integrations with third-party websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the HiHiF Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific terms displayed for a paid feature form the agreement governing your use of HiHiF unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
